In this six-week workshop, we take a few moments each week to consider what it means to live life from a spiritual perspective.
We will look at a variety of spiritual practices, survey mystical paths within the world’s major religious traditions, and examine universal ideas and values that are common to all spiritual paths.
In the course of the workshop we ask ourselves universal questions.
- What does it mean to consider yourself a Spiritual Being?
- How do the 5 steps of the Spiritual Journey create an unending dance of life, joy, growth and change?
- How does one live a heart-centered life?
- Of the many, how do you find your true path?
- Where and How do you begin?
Following the Five Steps of the Spiritual Path, this workshop includes lecture, demonstration and practical hands-on time and is intended for those both beginning or advancing along their path.
There will also be opportunities for practice assigned each week. The goal is to help you move along your path, considering the nature of the mountain you are climbing!
