First, think of yourself as a balance between who you are physically and who you are spiritually.

Your balance exists within a dynamic continuum we call Universal Life Force (ULF).  ULF is the motion in the universe that animates you and flows within the wholeness of you.

You balanced between physical and spiritual with ULF creates a center point we call the Center of BE-ing.

At this Center, you are connected with All That Is and with the dynamic totality of All That Is.

Receiving your BE-ing means that you learn to focus your attention and observe as Witness the flow of knowing moving through your Center of Be-ing.

This is a lifetime process, one that you neither perfect or finish, but instead one which you refine, improve, and become more comfortable engaging in.

Learning to receive your BE-ing helps you to establish trust and define your point of integrity.

Receiving your BE-ing becomes the general and specific focus of your life’s journey.

Specifically you are learning to hear with utmost clarity the knowing of your Soul balance with the eternal and infinite flow of All That Is.

Generally you are living your life as spiritual practice and as a journey into the very depths of who you were, are and will become.

2009 was a year of shadow, one where many found it difficult to see and hear clearly. In 2010, this shadow will become the fog of early morning. Everything is energy. We all have this energetic spark within that is eternal, it never dies. As our spark lives in and moves through the Universe, like all energy, our spark creates a vibrational record. This vibrational record is stored in that immense, nearly indescribable place where our souls (those eternal energetic sparks within) begin. One of the most insidious aspects of Fear is that it pushes us to do exactly the opposite of what will bring us relief and a perspective for powerful action. In other words, fear pushes us to act out of fear, to act because we are afraid. Fear wants us to blindly accept the terror of an only imagined future.
