Statement of Intent & Agreement

Please print and complete this Statement of Intent.  You do not need to send me your completed form.  When you register, you indicate your willingness to abide by this Statement of Intent during your Workshop.

I, ___________________________________, declare my intention to participate fully and completely in this workshop, __________________________________________. It is my intention and I agree to:

• Submit my registration information and complete financial arrangements in a timely manner as requested by or agreed upon with Cheryl in order to maintain my workshop registration.

• Appear on time, with all assignments completed, have all requested materials, and be ready to begin the workshop at the designated start time.

• Come ready and willing to be open to whatever experience comes forward for me and others.

• Watch after myself ensuring I get the nutrition and rest required by the activities of the workshop.

• During the workshop, I will immediately let Cheryl know if I feel faint or blocked, or unable to participate fully for any reason.

• Ask questions when I am uncertain.

• Keep my agreements with myself and others, seeking to take care of any damage that might result from any broken agreements.

• Maintain the confidentiality of the Workshop Circle by not discussing any details revealed by others with anyone during or after the workshop.

• In the Sage Path Workshops, abide by the Workshop One Hour Rule.

• Understand that Cheryl may deviate from the announced schedule or activities as a way to accommodate the needs of all participants and that these changes may not be announced ahead of time.

• Understand that disruptive behavior or non-participation may be grounds for immediate dismissal from the workshop without any refund of workshop tuition solely at Cheryl’s discretion.

• If there is access to an Online Workshop Library: understand that I may download audio and text files from Cheryl’s websites including akashicrecordsarchive.com solely for my personal use. I may copy these files to CDs, transfer files to MP3 players, or print material for my personal use only.  I will not distribute or post, either in print or electronically, the material available on this website for any reason without Cheryl’s written permission.

• If there is access to an Online Workshop Forum:  understand that I will not disclose or discuss the details in any private or public forum the personal information revealed by anyone.

• Understand that successful completion of this workshop means satisfactory completion, as determined by Cheryl, of all workshop activities and assignments in a timely manner.
